I try and source my ingredients locally, but for any ingredients where this is not possible, I have found some brilliant local businesses to purchase from. Anything outside of ingredients such as packaging, toppers and other decorations I try and buy from small businesses such as myself.  Supporting local and small businesses is something I am very passoniate about and try and do so when possible.
