How long will my brownies / blondies stay fresh for?

Everything I make is baked to order, brownies and blondies will keep fresh for up to 7-10 days and cookies between 3 - 5, however these are just best before dates and goods will last for longer depending on storage conditions. Brownies and blondies are best stored in the fridge in an airtight container and cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. My bakes also freeze very well, simply wrap in a couple layers of foil or place them in an airtight container and into the freezer as soon as possible. They can then be frozen for up to 3 months to enjoy at a later date. To defrost, take them out and pop them straight into the fridge or onto the side for a few hours to defrost. 

How do I amend or cancel my order?

If you need to change the date or details of your order, please let me know as far in advance as possible. Refunds/changes are not always possible depending on how close to the delivery date the change is requested. For a full run-down on our T&Cs please see the Terms & Conditions page.

Where do you deliver to and can I collect my order instead?

I offer a hand delivery service to Lewes charged at £2.50, please note this is Lewes town only and does not include any surrounding villages in Lewes district. Deliveries to Lewes shall be made Monday - Friday between 9am -  9pm on the requested delivery date. If you would prefer to collect your order, please let me know and this can be arranged. Depending on collection time and day, this will either be from my kitchen unit in Swanborough or home address in Lewes. 

My postal boxes can be delivered anywhere in the UK. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked courier service.

Where is my order?

I currently use Royal Mail 24 tracked service for UK wide deliveries. Although this is a next day service, this is not guaranteed and they advise it can take 1 -3 working days, potentially longer on occasions. A replacement/refund shall not be offered until 5 working days has passed after the dispatch date. When ordering I ask for guide dates only, this means I cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive on that exact date requested. Please do not order if you are not happy to wait for your order to arrive, including any potential shipping delays.

Your order will not fit through a letterbox so please make sure you are either in to receive your delivery or there is a safe place available for your order to be left. Tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If this hasn't been received, please check the email address you provided is correct or in your spam folder. 

How do I change my delivery details?

Once you have placed your order, please again check your email confirmation to make sure all of your shipping details are correct, if an address is incorrect, we can’t be held responsible for any delays or loss of parcel due to this and a refund/replacement will not be offered. 

If you notice there is an issue with the address or any details provided before your order has been dispatched, please email me with your order details and what you would like to change. If your order has already left me, you can request delivery to an alternative address via the tracking email you will receive, but please note this may cause delays in your parcel arriving. 

How much notice do I need to give to place an order?

I ask for 4 - 7 working days' notice between the order and dispatch date. If it is needed sooner, please feel free to place your order and I will contact you if this is not going to be possible. You're also welcome to order up to 3 months before your desired arrival date. 

What is your refund policy?

As everything is baked to order, and food cannot be resold once it has left me, I don't offer refunds if you have changed your mind or do not like the bake or flavour. Refunds or replacements shall only be offered in certain circumstances -

 

- If your order has arrived completely destroyed and inedible due to mishandling.

(All problems must be reported within 24 hours of arrival)

- If your item has been confirmed lost in transit by the delivery company

- incorrect product is sent

Where is my order made?

Every order is baked in my 5* hygiene rated kitchen unit in Swanborough. Although some pre-arranged collections may sometimes be from my home in Lewes, your order is never made or packaged here, simply bought home safely for you to collect it at a convenient time.
