By ordering from Guns N Posies Bakery you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

All online postal orders need to be paid in full at the time of purchase. Postal orders shall be sent via Royal Mail 24 courier or EVRI next day courier service unless otherwise stated or arranged.  This service aims to deliver the next working day, however sometimes there are postal delays and this isn't always possible. Please allow up to 3 working days to receive your parcel. All treats will still be just as delivious as they are baked fresh and shall arrive in cellophane wrapping. I will not offer a refund or replacement for any order that is delivered within this time frame, unless it is incorrect or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Please note, although I wrap my brownies etc well, breakages and damage can still occur in transit and will not warrant a refund. Once you place your order, you are confirming that you agree to these terms and are happy to wait the alloted time specified, including any delays up to 3 working days.

If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact us as far in advance as possible. Orders cancelled 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund on the order total; those cancelled within 3-6 days of delivery/collection will be entitled to a 50% refund; those cancelled within 48 hours of the order date will not be entitled to a refund (although refunds and credit notes may still be provided at Guns N Posies Bakery's discretion).

Lewes deliveries are completed between 9am - 9pm on your chosen date (Monday - Friday only) for any online orders made. All local deliveries are undertaken by Guns N Posies Bakery unless otherwise stated. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on your chosen date. If no-one is in to take the order, I shall try and leave it in a safe place or contact you to discuss where you would like it left. If you would like me to deliver to your place of work or somewhere with a reception point, I am happy to do so but please note that Guns N Posies Bakery cannot accept any liability for the treatment of your order or mishandling once a delivery has been made.

If arranging your own collection, I would advise always having suitable space prepared in the boot of your vehicle which is comletely flat and not surrounded by anything that has the potentional to fall on your order. Once orders have left me, I can not be held liable for any damage that occurs in transit.

Everything I make is baked to order and I do not accept returns. Refunds, credit notes or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your cakes upon arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Guns N Posies Bakery will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.

I request that customers wait 5 working days before raising a missing complaint. Tracking will be provided for you to see your parcels progress and any potential delays. If your parcel has not arrived after 5 working days, please let me know ASAP so I can try and locate it. Please only place an order if you are willing to wait the specified delivery time frame and any potential delays that may arise.

Please ensure that all details provided are correct and up to date such as the delivery address, phone number and email address. If your parcel is delayed or goes missing due to an incorrect address being provided, a refund or replacement shall not provided. If you notice an error, please emal me asap with the correction and I shall change it if I am still able to. I am not able to change any details on parcels that have already left me.

I reserve the right to use photographs of orders I prepare on my website and any Guns N Posies Bakery social media platforms. If you would like to specifically request that we do not use pictures of your order, or if you would like to be sent a photo of your order for personal use, please let me know.
